And now that you know self-discipline is what you actually need, are you confused at the first steps to work towards consistent self-discipline with your workouts? I get that, especially these days…..there is so much jumble on our minds that action seems confusing and muttled. So I’ve put together a daily fitness discipline list to help you work through the steps to master your movement habits. Print this baby off and throw it in your daytimer, on your bedside table, or on your kitchen fridge and do a visual check daily. And remember CONSISTENCY trumphs all!
