In case you missed it, a few weeks ago I built on my Facebook Live titled: ‘Why you need to stop looking for motivation to keep you going’ (worth the watch HERE ) and created a fitness discipline daily checklist to post on your fridge.
Well today I am building your discipline tookbox further and upping the anti! It’s time to create those food habits that may seem small at the get-go, but together they emount to big results. So yet again, print this baby off and throw it in your daytimer, on your bedside table, or on your kitchen fridge and do a visual check daily. And remember CONSISTENCY. CONSISTENCY. CONSISTENCY.
